  • sucrose (Carbon source): 30 g
  • Inositol: 100 mg
  • Casein Hydrolysate: 500 mg

Plant Growth Regulators (for shoot induction):

  • 6-Benzylaminopurine (BAP): 1.0 mg/L
  • Indole-3-acetic acid (IAA): 0.2 mg/L

pH Adjustment:

  • Adjust the final pH of the medium to 5.8 before autoclaving.

Agar (as a gelling agent, optional):

  • If solid medium is required for culture, add 7–8 g of agar.
